Delete your account

In the app

Open the Korf app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and all associated data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

By email

If you can't access the app, send an email to privacy@korf.app from the address linked to your Korf account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, authentication data)
• Receipts you uploaded (photos and scanned data)
• Shopping lists and saved items
• App usage data linked to your account

What we may retain

Anonymised, aggregated price data may be retained for statistical purposes. We may also keep limited records required to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax or fraud prevention). None of this retained data can be used to identify you.
